30-day returns

Try your frames at home for 30 days from delivery. If they're not right, send them back unused and in original condition for a full refund of the price you paid.

How to return

• Email [email protected] with your order number.
• We reply with a prepaid return label (UK) or return instructions (international) within one working day.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return arrives — usually within 3–5 working days.

Bundle orders

Bundles have the same 30 days. You can return the whole set or just some of the pairs — returned pairs are refunded at the bundle's per-pair price.

Faulty or damaged frames

Something wrong out of the box? Email us a photo and we ship a replacement free — no return needed.
